unavalible page error message (W98)

I am using IE Version 6, every time that I get a page that can not be displayed I get automatically redirected to: www.lop.com and then I get popups.
for example: http://www.lop.com/dnserror.cgi?s=http://www.stormydays.com/yourpage.html
This is very annoying I guess this page resides in my IE setting some where but I can't find it, can some one please help me to get rid of this.
