here's a weird one...
Thinkpad 560, W98, boots fine usually. If I connect to work network (all Windows machines of various versions, 10bT, ISDN Router), still boots fine.
However, if I connect to my main machine at home - P4, WXP, connected via crossover cable - I crashes during boot, just before or during the login prompt. If I connect the cable after booting, it's fine.
I'm stuck - any suggestions?
