I tried to go on a webchat and They said that my browser didn't support java, I looked on advanced tool's option n' didn't see where I could ''allow it'' can someone tell me how?

You may need to download Microsoft Virtual Machine

Ondrugeff,

As DanK said, you may have to DL and install Microsoft Virtual Machine.

In Internet Options, Advanced, you will find the entries about Java listed under the heading Microsoft VM. All headings on the Advanced Tab are in alphabetical order, so Microsoft VM is about half way down the page.
