Export, then delete the following keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB]
