I'm trying to make a new dialup connection after I do the following steps:

1- control panel\ Network and Dial up connection\Make New connection\Dial up to Internet\next\ I want to setup my internet connection manually\I connect through a phone line and a modem\internet account connection information

when i want to choose country\region name and code It generates the following error:

icwconn1.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.

Does anybody heard about this?
and how should i fix it?
thanks

icwconn1.exe is the internet connection wizard, i'm not sure how we could fix this problem.

Some of the others may have seen this problem before

In fact my problem is that I have a High speed DSL modem and I would like to set up my dial up modem to send faxes. But I can't set up my modem. I posted my problem before and I got many hints and helps but the problem is still here. That's why I tried to make a new internet connection manually to set up my modem, andthen I got this error message:

icwconn1.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.

That's why I think this message is related to my dial up problem.
My laptop is a IBM Thinkpad A22m and it has an "Intel Pro 100 SP Mobile Combo Adapter"It is a combo
card with the Intell 10/100 Ethernet Lan and a Lucent 56k V.90 Fax Modem and my OS is windows2000 professional.
