IE Closes (WNT)

I am a sys admin on a large network, and recently i have noticed something very odd about some of the machines here. For some reason, whenever they access a webpage with a certain flash component, the IE window simply closes down. Ive tried uninstalling IE and reinstalling, the latest service pack, everything.... Any ideas???
