can't view java applet

Hello Everyone, sorry if this post is in the wrong forum.

I'm running win98, IE6 and i can't view website with Java Applet. I have enabled all the option in Tools, Options and also downloaded JVM from java.sun.com already but still doesn't work. Any other suggestions or advices? Your help is appreciated. Thank You
