IE Control panel restriction (W95)

I´m trying to restrict same tabs options in Internet Explorer 3.0 (yes, a know very old version).
I follow step by step the article Internet Explorer Control panel restricions but this aparently only works on version 4.0 or above.
Exist this kinds of registry entries for this version.
