Virus?? (WME)

Window Washer cleans long files with the extension ".!!!". The names appear to be gibberish. They do not show up when I use "search". My virus scanner (AVG) and and Trojan Hunter, and Trend Micro's on line scanner report a clean system. The files have appeared in "cookies", the root dir, and in the Win dir. Nothing seems to be wrong with my system. I even reformatted and reinstalled as I have a network at home to back up my wifes business files. Any thoughts or ideas if this is a problem.
