I am logged in as an Administrator and I would like access to my other user folders. I restricted them though, as I didnt want the other users to have access. Is the anyway I can enable the administrator to have full access to all folders?
Cheers,
Tim

if your partition is ntfs go to folder option and then
check out the last check boxs for show the security tab in properties.
right click the partition you want and properties-security tab remove everyone and add administrator ( or everyone u want) and assign full control to them.and apply.
go to advanced on security and check in the check box(reset the permision on child ...).
you can do this for every folder & file.( just NTFS partition)
