Setting ScreenSaver Activation Time (W2K)

How can I set the screen saver to activate after a set amount of time (5 min or 300 secs) so the users can not change it. I've configured the screen saver to force using password protection, but want to set the time also.

Run GPEDIT.MSC.
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Display

Several settings there:
Hide Screen Saver tab > Enabled
Activate screen saver > Enabled
Screen saver executable name > Enabled and filename
Screen saver timeout > Enabled and seconds
etc., etc.
