Anyone know how to change the Taskbar>Toolbars menu from being grayed out.?? It's in the reg but not sure where?
So right click the taskbar, go to Toolbars> That menu is grayed out for me.. Win 98 box.

If you've got TweakUI installed make sure under the IE tab that Shell Enhancements is checked

In the registry here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
Highlight Explorer and look in the right pane for a Binary named Classic Shell
Modify its value to 00 00 00 00
or delete it entirely

In the right pane if there is not an entry named Classic shell then go to this key and see if it's there:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer
If so remove it. You may have to rebot for the change to take effect.
