safe mode (WME)

How could i make any program run in safe mode specialy the programs witch hide folders and it doesn't work in safe mode.

Safe Mode is for diagnosing problems with Windows and a lot of the background programs and drivers for hardware don't load. Don't know that you can force any program to run in Safe Mode.
