"The Recycle Bin on drive C:\ is corrupt or invalid. Do you want to empty the Recycle Bin for this drive?"
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem. MS Article - Q297760 said to install the latest service pack to solve the problem but even after installing SP2 and SP3 the problem still persist. Before this happend I must have accidentally given Full Conterl permission to everyone on C:\ and checked the inherit option. SO right now all my security access settings on all files on C:\ drive is set to Full Control for Everyone.
