regedit gone/want back (W98)

i deleted my registry edititor by mistake, i tried to re-install my win98se program thinking it would come back, well..... IT DID'NT. now i am lost how can i get it back without ask some company to charge me a bunch of money for something i can do on my own. If there is a humble person out there that can tell a person some tips i would appreciate it, please use computer stupid lingo. if you feel you can help please ... or send an e-mail to hodaddy24@cox.net your help would be greatly appreciated.

If C:\Windows\regedit.exe is gone, a overinstall of your operating system will always put it back.

What makes you think you don't have it any more?

What exactly are you doing, and what happens if you do?
