Supanova virus (W98)

Recieved the virus on laptop. Was running Norton. Now will not let me boot to windows safemode. Any ideas on how to get to safe mode? This is the only way to remove the virus.

Since you are unable to boot to Safe mode, try booting using a floopy disk and run the virus cleanup tool (if available). if not use an Antivirus emergency disk.
