IE Proxy Config (All)

The tip at (below) describes making proxy settings machine wide, covering all users. However it does not describe where the Proxy settings to be used across the machine should be set. Any ideas?

Did you ever get this to work?

I logged in as Admin and added the "ProxySettingsPerUser" DWORD, then i tried adding the proxy setting under the Current user, and it only set those for the CURRENT USER.

I know this is slightly counter intuitive but the DWORD needs to be set to zero - ie no we do not want Proxy set per user. Is this what you did?

Yes, i did set it to 0.

Do i need to reboot the machine? or does logging out take care of this?
