Insert Conserv.SwapfileUsage=1 ? (W98)

Hey ALL ! I`d like to insert this line(ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1) into my system .ini under [386enh]file but not sure how ? There is also a line on bottom called (EMMExclude=C000-CFFF,C000-CFFF,C000-CFFF).Do I leave this alone+ insert my Swapfile line below it? Or delete EMMExclude line? And please explain what MinSPs=4 is ? I`ve got 320MB of installed Ram+would like to efficiently as possible utilize it. Should I adjust my MAX CACHE limits or leave it to [vcache] to handle. Pentium3,IE6,800mhz,20GB. Thanx in advance your loyal Winguides subject Dean :)
