When I open a new session of netscape messenger and try to open an Email Attachment that is either an Access file or a Word file(Have not tried powerPoint and excel yet) I get the message that asks me if I want to save file| open file| and box checked that determines whether or not this message is asked again. I click to open file and fill in box so as I should be not asked this question again...but when I close netscape entirely and reopen new session...I get the same message.
