compartmenting all user data to distinct drives (W2K)

hi

im about to wipe my win2k pro system clean and
reinstall everything. there are 5 users for this system
and when i set everything up i would like to arrange
it so that each user has his own logical drive where
ALL of their data is stored and ensure that no user
data is cached in the root partition. i know how to
do this in part, but my approach seems adhoc and
is certainly not comprehensive. any help would be
appreciated.

perhaps i should be more clear:

i would like to move the folder

//Documents and Settings/User

to another local drive but i don't know if
this is possible. i know that some of the
folders contained therein may be moved
but i would like to know if/how i may move
all of them. cheers.
