Restrict Internet Explorer to One site (W2K)

I'm trying to restrict Internet Explorer to just one site. An I need to know how to disable all the menu's in Internet Explorer. (ie., Edit, View, Favorites, and Tools) I have already found how to make File and Help disabled.
