I had enough of it & sent an Abuse Notification to the ISP in my log, I thought fair go! why am I getting this stuff, well if you want a laugh read the reply I just got from ISP iprimus

My answer is "why are they scanning me for these file shares"

You probably get assigned a dynamic IP every time you log on to your ISP. Since this is the case, you're very likely to get the same IP as was used by a P2P user at some point in time. Once that IP is used on a P2P network, some software allows you to "bookmark" or remember certain hosts (by IP) or certain files and you can attempt to resume a previously aborted or terminated download.

So, ignore it is the correct answer.
