i have just encountered a problem with my one workstaion... i have a office 2000 installed in it.....
the problem is right now i can no longer use my powerpoint application....
it displays a message box with this error before loading up the application itself...

c:\Program Files\Microsoft office\office\powerpnt.exe
a device attached to the system is not functioning

then after this message box another message box will apear with the message box tittle
"error starting program" with an information icon in the message box but without any message and then with an ok button

this is the first prob...
this is the second one...
I thought i can unistall the office or just repair the installing of powerpoint ,but the problem is i can't run the setup....
even though i go to control panel and go to add/remove programs... i can't uninstall the office 2000.... but i can unistall other programs...
anybody will you help me out here...
