Can't Install New Fonts

Hi,

I can't seem to be able to install new fonts...I go to control panel--->fonts and then to file to look for the "INSTALL NEW FONTS" and it's not there...Does anyone know why this might be caused...any help is greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...
