win server (W2K)

I have a Linux server that that is set up to boot and be used without keyboard mouse or display. And I would like to do the same with a win2000 box can it be done and where can i find out how?

I did it in a Hp vectra Xa 200, but I disabled the Keyboard and the Mouse using the setup bios of the pc.
