Srch/Find skip 2nd menu? (W98)

Is there any way to configure Windows to skip the second menu when you select Start, Search (or Find) and go directly to the search dialog as if "Files and Folders" had been clicked on the 2nd menu?

Press the F3 key on the keyboard or right click on My Computer and select Find... from the menu that appears.
