Got a real problem!
Mailto: command calls on winpm-32.exe, which is part of Pegasus mail's program. (I thought I'd try a differentmail handler - but didn't like it so uninstalled it)
Once uninstalled, system still calls for above file on mailto: command & registry needs updating.
Any idea's about Outlook's default registry settings, esp around mailto: command?

I presume you are trying to get Pegasus Mail to open on MailTo clicks in your browser? If so, been there, done it, got the Tee-Shirt. Here's how.
In Windows Explorer go View>Folder Options - Select the tab> File Types. Scroll down through the file types and find URL:MailTo Protocol. Select Edit. Highlight Open...the select Edit [again]. Browse to your WinPM32.exe file... select it... THEN ADD this after the file -A -T. So you will have something like this in the browse box:-
C:\Pmail\winpm-32.exe -A -T
Select OK. Back to this window you can now change the correct icon Top button Change Icon... browse to the same file... C:\Pmail\winpm-32.exe and select an icon of your choice. Hit OK all the way out to confrim.
I think this is a slight prblem with Pegasus, as mine never made 'itself' the default program for MailTo clicks... or maybe it's Outlook? Other than that though, an excellent mail client.

Sorry, I read that wrong... ok you can back engineer the URL:MailTo Protocol File types if you know the command line switches for Outlook.
Nick :-)
