Animated Bar At Startup Screen

I would like to ask if there is any very good program that change
the color of the animated bar in the startup screen of
the Windows.

If so,where can i downloaded it?

You can make a startup screen with animated bar with Coolbar Animator (freeware - http://www.dati.cz/~tomas/coolbar/ ). That should help you change it too.

Well, it is not exactly a registry tweak, but a file change. It needs to edit the c:\logo.sys file as a BMP file, and perhaps to change a byte or two with a hex editor to allow the color animation.
