I received notification about w32.klez was told it was Quarantined and could NOT be repaired. What do I do

Well, your antivirus apparently quarantained it before it could do any damage, so that's good.

Now open the Quarantaine Console, highlight the infected item, and hit 'remove'.

It will be destroyed.
