Multiple user registry

Good day everyone,

I have a BIG problems concerning Windows '98 registry... Here is the setup:

I have a workgroup of 3 computers, using the same users on each machines (total of 4 users). The problem is that each machine if differently configured, but I want to give access to the same start-up menu, desktop and policies restrictions to my users independently on the machine they are working on.

I know that I can import a registry setting for my users, but it seem not to be working properly. When I do that, they dosnt seem to have the 'proper' start-up menu...

I was successfull in doing it for one machine. I created my fisrt user (using User in control pannel), personnalized the whole stuff for it. I exported the branch LOCAL_USER.

I then created my 3 other users and simply 'Imported' the regystry file previously created. It worked fine.

The problems is.. I cant do simply the same on a different machine...

I NEED HELP!!!
