View Full Version : Change the MP3 Encoding Rates in Media Player (W2K)

I have tried this registry patch in Windows 2000, but it makes no difference. Is then an XP only thing as I cannot even create MP3's in WMP, only WMA files?

I also tried this with Win98 and Win2000. No luck. WinXP worked like a charm.
