IIS PROBLEM ASP (W2K)

I have a problem in My IIS it cannot read an asp file why it always says Page cannot be found,but when i accessing .htm file there's no problem
is anyone know what happen to my IIS?

Do you have Norton AntiVirus with script blocking? If so this will not let asp pages run. I've seen this problem too. Better off getting NAV Corporate Edition. You can also try uninstalling NAV and then install 2001 and don't to Live update. Just download virus definition files. I hope this is your problem.
