need a worm to get through a gateway (W2K)

I need a program that can go through a gateway and use as a spy ware .I dont need access to change anything on the computer just to monitor activity .I have tried several different spy -ware programs but cant find one to work . any ideas?Please help this is to monitor husband activity at work for accountabilty as he is a recovering sexaholic
