Confirm Delet (WXP)

A few months ago, I found a tweak somewhere that made it so when I hit delete, my computer sends the file to the recycle bin without asking me whether I'm sure I want to get rid of it. If I'm holding shift, it deletes the file without prompting. I love it, but I don't remember the registry tweak that I made. Anyone know what it might be?

Why not just right-click the recycle bin and click "properties".
Is there not a check box at the bottom of the first tab that says "Display delete confirmation dialog" (or something like that) ?
