change the location of logon dialog box (WNT)

I would like to change the location of the logon dialog box that you get when you press ctrl alt delete to logon to a PC. It is currently (always at defaut) in the middle. I would like to move it to the right or left of the screen. any suggestions.

I don't think it can be done. It's the default location set by the OS.
