As your online support links do not seem to be working, I am posting this information here. PCT AV continues to give me an error 102, and requests that I report it to you. Consider it done.

I've not had any trouble with the product, and in fact have felt reasonably well protected, until I upgraded to the latest version of AV.

Please advise.

error 102 happens when the service for PC Tools AntiVirus has failed to start. This has happened to me also, I upgraded my PC Tools AntiVirus to the latest version as suggested by one of the support guys and that resolved the problem. Thank you support.
