Win2000 Server w/2 NICS

I need help configuring a Win2K server with 2 nics. One nic is for the internal LAN (private) and the other nic is connected to DSL. I would like to configure so cleint workstations can log into domain of server and also access the internet via the DSL.
What tcp/ip settings should I adhere to when configuring the nics? (Default Gateway? DNS? etc.) and then NATting them.
