printer auto delete status

im having a problem with my printer, i already test it with the other unit and it is working, when i use it to my unit, the printer status indicates that it is printing then after a few seconds the status will indicates deleting documents... how do i fixed this problem, i already scan my computer for virus threat but i dont detect any, i already have the latest definition of virus definitions.... will somebody help me out here plsssssssssssss.

Check to see if the print spooler service is set to start automatically.

paul thankx for the help, i tried what youve advice me to do so, but it still did not work, i replace the printer chord and wala its works, but i wonder when i used the original printer chord to other computer it is still functioning well, maybe i'll try to observe more about this event... again thanks for the help......
