Only half of IE 6.0 window opens, XP (WXP)

When I first open IE only half of the page opens. I use XP OS and 6.0 IE. Once in a while it also seems to happen with the second or third windows also, Thanks

I'm not sure but the new windows should be opened with the same size with the last IE window you closed which was not full screen. Open only 1 IE window, resize it to the size you want, close it. When you next open it, it will open at the same size with the one you closed.
