Hi,

I am using ie 6.0.
whenever i access any java pages, its asking to install JVM, even after installing JVM its asking again for the same.

I have tried installing ie 5.5 sp2, even in that the same problem occurs.
i tried reinstalling sp 6. even then the problem is not solved.
Can any one please suggest me a solution for this.

Regards,
Abdul Rahman.

My problem was with www.genealogy.com and family trees posted there, they couldn't be 'parsed'.

I found out that Microsoft left out 'support for Netscape-style plug-ins' beginning with IE5.5SP2. What I had to do was a custom install of IE5.5SP2 and choose the Virtual Machine. Had to be connected to the 'Net to get all of it. Worked fine afterward.

Even Quicktime from Apple needed a patch.

We all, each of us, have a uniqueness, some of us enjoy it, some of us don't.
