IE popups (W2K)

Pop ups don't work on my IE. How do I fix it, it use to work a couple of days ago and all of a sudden it stopped working.

If you installed any kind of pop-up control program than you can uninstall it or you can adjust its options. Otherwise you should be able to see any pop-ups if you press Ctrl.

i have no pop up control programs installed
i cant even right click -> open in new window

i've also reinstalled ie6 and reset the web settings in the browser
and i still dont get pop ups
