After I install windows 2000 I cannot open two sound recored, or windows media encoder at the same time, I get the error that my device is already in use, however, I don't have this problem on the same computer if I install windows 98, Me or XP. Can anyone tell me why 2000 does this, or is there any setting in the registry that I can change. I have tried this on different computers with different sound cards and I still get the same error.
