Last weekend,my Norton av spotted the virus in my D:\start.exe. I wasn't able to delete or quarantine it.I did manage to exclude it w/o knowing what that meant.Is it possible for me to bring that file out of exclusion safely and begin again?
Also,I just now ran 3 house call scans on my D-drive and only found the worm Klez(trojan) during the first 2 scans and nothing detected on the third. I'm hoping someone can tell me I am safe now.
