Hi.......
I just installed a Win 98 .......and i want to run regedit..........that file exist in my computer but
when i use start, run, regedit, the error says
registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.......can u help me how to enable it.

Hello
You must use the poledit (policy editor) for deactivate this function.
it is on the win98 cd.

Use Group Edit {gpedit.msc) instead of Policy editor.

when i open gpedit.msc, it show alot stuff and can't find anything for enabling registry ...........can u help me more .

After you open Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc). Look
for "SYSTEM" and open that. You will see every
thing. Just enable and disable the one you need.
