Is there anything in the registry that would stop the ability to select the Digital Panel option (its Greyed out)

Ihave a new IIYAMA TFT/Cable/ Winfast Gi200 Graphics Card

Are you sure that your monitor is Digital and not a Flat Panel Analog? If that's the case, that is why the Digital option is grayed out.
