I am new in the networking world. I have a peer to peer network with an apple machine. and i am trying to file share with all machines. how can i accomplish this

If your Mac is using TCP/IP your already halfway there. If not you may need to install Apple Talk protocol onto your Win2k machines this will allow the 2 machines to communicate over the LAN.
However I'm not so sure about the filesharing aspect, you may need to install some specialist client software on your Mac or your PC. I have no knowledge of Macs so I can't really help you there.
