I'm setting up some very restricted users on a small nettwork. I relation to this I've been asked to set a standard wallpaper for all clients. My problem is that the restricted users can't display the wallpaper exept when loging out or pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del. It appears like a windows classic wallpaper is covering my employers costum wallpaper.
I've set path to the desired wallpaper both in HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop and in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General
More elevated users (Administrators/Power users) dosn't have this problem.
Any tips?
