HELP ME (W98)

I installed a program and then I got rid of it incorrectly, by simply deleting it. Whenever I try to reinstall it, it asks me if I want to uninstall it, and if I try that, it fails to do so.

Is there any solution to this problem? (Maybe something to do with regedit)

What is the program you are refering to?

First go to Add\Remove and delete it there. Then Start\Regedit\Edit\Find\enter the name delete and keep pressing F3 until you find all instantanaces of the program and have deleted them.
