How to link? (All)

I'm not too sure if this is the right place to ask this question but i'll give it a try anyways. Is there a way to link from Geocities.com or Angelfire.com ? Because i'm creating a personal homepage and i found a picture from geocities but however they wouldn't allowed to link. It worked before but now i think they are not allowed to link anything from their sites anymore. Please help

that could be their hosting problem. i have 100megsfree.com, I can't never be able to the pictures to my sites. But, if I create a html in 100megsfree.com, then I have no problems.

Yes, some web hosting servers wont allow you to do that.
