Missing control panel icons (W2K)

I have a missing TweakUI 1.33 icon inside my control panel. Can anyone help me with this?

You could try reinstalling TweakUI.

I solved the problem, reinstalling does not work. It is somewhere did I unable the display of TweakUI using Xteq system some time ago.
